What areas do you actually cover?

Twelve communities along and around I-44, from Sullivan in the northeast down to Lebanon in the southwest, plus the farm country either side. If your town is not listed, call anyway. The list is where we run daily, not a hard boundary.

Are you genuinely available on holidays?

Yes. Christmas, Thanksgiving, the Fourth of July, all of them. Freight still moves on holidays and livestock still needs feeding, so equipment still breaks. Somebody answers the phone every day of the year.

What is the difference between your service and a tow?

A tow moves your problem somewhere else and you still wait for a mechanic. We bring the mechanic to the problem. For most roadside faults that is faster and cheaper, and the truck never leaves the spot it stopped in.

What jobs genuinely need a shop instead?

Internal engine work, full transmission rebuilds and anything needing a lift or a clean environment. We will diagnose it where you are, tell you plainly, and help you decide whether the tow is worth paying for.

How do I describe my location if there is no address?

On the interstate, the last mile marker and your direction of travel is ideal. Off it, use the nearest crossroad, a gate number or a landmark like a bridge or a grain bin. A dropped pin settles it if you have signal.

Do you work on equipment that is not a commercial truck?

Regularly. Tractors, combines, implements, skid steers, dump trucks, box trucks, service vans and personal pickups all come through. Heavy diesel is our depth but the range is much wider than that.

What should I have ready when I call?

Your location, the make and model, and a plain description of the symptom. If a warning light is on, read us the message. That combination usually tells us which parts to load before the mechanic pulls out.

Can you set up an account for a fleet?

Yes. Fleet accounts get priority dispatch, consistent rates, account billing so drivers never handle payment, and repair documentation for your maintenance files. Call and ask, or mention your unit count on the form.

How long have you been doing this?

The two owners have sixty-five years of combined experience between them, one with fifteen years in the trade and the other with fifty. Both still go out on calls rather than only running the business.

Do you carry parts or order them after diagnosing?

The failures we see weekly ride on the truck already, which is why most calls finish in one visit. Anything unusual we source locally and tell you the wait before you commit to anything.

Why do you not list one flat price per job?

Because location, parts and time of day genuinely change the number. We publish honest ranges on the pricing page instead, then confirm the exact figure with you on scene before any work begins.

There are six on our reviews page from customers we have worked for. They are published word for word. A public Google profile is still being set up, so those are on our own site rather than on a review platform for now.
