We are a mobile truck repair company, not a data business. The only information we want is what we need to reach you, fix your equipment and bill you correctly. We do not sell it, rent it or trade it to anyone.

When you contact us through the form on this site, by phone or by email, we receive whatever you choose to send. Typically that is your name, a contact number or email address, your location, and a description of the problem.

The website also records ordinary technical information through Google Analytics, such as which pages were viewed and roughly where in the world the visit came from. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual people.

The quote form on this site is an embedded form provided by LeadConnector, part of the GoHighLevel platform. Submissions go to that platform and then to us. That means your submission is also handled by that provider under their own terms and privacy practices.

If you would rather not use the form, calling or emailing us directly achieves the same thing and involves one fewer party.

To respond to your enquiry, to dispatch a mechanic to the right place with the right parts, to quote and invoice for work, and to keep records of repairs carried out. For fleet customers we retain repair history so it can be supplied for maintenance files.

Our mechanics, so they can find you and do the work. Our form provider, as described above. Our analytics provider, in aggregate and not identifying you. That is the list.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with marketing companies or data brokers. If we were ever legally compelled to disclose something, we would comply with that obligation, but nothing on this site is set up to gather data for any other purpose.

This site uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand which pages are useful and how people find us. This sets cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies in their settings, and the site works perfectly well if you do.

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Records of actual repairs are kept longer, because both we and our customers occasionally need to refer back to what was done to a particular unit and when.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will deal with it. If you have asked us to stop contacting you, we will stop.

This site is aimed at commercial drivers, fleet operators and farm businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If how we handle information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. There is no notification list, so if this matters to you it is worth checking back occasionally.
